Villas Del Sol Condominiums Orlando is a dedicated Home Owners Association (HOA) committed to managing and enhancing the community living experience. Our HOA actively communicates and collaborates with residents to ensure a vibrant, well-maintained environment that meets the needs of all homeowners. Frequently asked questions

Currently through the coupon book provided by the HOA. Starting January 1, 2027 all payments will be made via PayHOA.

Use the link here to access the application. Deadline for Open Enrollment is October 31, 2026 at 11:59pm. 

Visitors with a vehicle parking overnight between 10:00pm and 8:00am or 8 hours or more durning the day need to get a visitor parking pass. Log into your PayHOA account and go to the Request section to find the Visitor Parking Pass Application. 

Community Amenities

Laundry Center

Professional washers and dryers for all residents to use. There is a small charge to use the machines.

BBQ Area

Outdoor grilling stations with picnic areas, perfect for family gatherings and community cookouts. Coming Soon.

Clubhouse

Elegant clubhouse perfect for private events, community meetings, and social gatherings. Coming Soon.

Swimming Pool

Resort style pool with lounge chairs. Upgrades are coming soon to the pool area so stay tuned.

Guest Parking

Dedicated guest parking. Enhancements to visitor parking are coming soon so please stay tuned.

Mail Center

Centralized mail facility with secure individual mailboxes and package receiving area for resident convenience.
